After more than two years, more than 75 testers and a close partnership with flannel experts at our mill in Portugal, we developed an exclusive process that removes fibers from the surface of the fabric to create a remarkably soft and velvety finish. The result is the most pill-resistant flannel pillowcases we’ve ever tested, unmatched in comfort and durability.
